“Perfecting the Art of Leisure” is Limoncello’s motto, and once you see the inviting wonderland of the home’s backyard paradise you’ll want to rise to the occasion! From the dining and kitchen areas, an oversize slider leads out to a broad expanse of flat and friendly lawn, surrounded by productive citrus (pink grapefruit, lemon, orange, bergamot and Meyer lemon) trees, a massive ficus privacy hedge and towering palms. No powerlines are visible to spoil the views, and the San Jacinto mountains make for spectacular photos and insta-moments from the cabana, egg chairs, and pool/spa. The same natural stone flooring used throughout the house continues to the three patio zones, and a new shade structure lets guests enjoy the beautiful grounds while still shaded from the intense summer sun. It’s a perfect spot to brunch the morning away with family and friends alike!

The outdoor dinette and swivel egg chairs are vintage bamboo and rattan, and the 60s fascination with “all things eastern” is reflected in the oversized Moroccan lanterns, end tables, and custom upholstery. The young and the young at heart will find that Limoncello’s park-like grounds tick all the boxes for the ultimate resort staycation. Slouch in one of the Adirondack chairs, recline in the cabana (outfitted with a teak outdoor/pool shower) or sunbeds, play lawn games in the yard, or just drift along on a float in the pool. Wifi extends to all parts of the yard.

The completely renovated (Fall 2024) open design kitchen features bespoke European cabinets and just the right amenities to make your cooking and entertaining experience a pleasure. We love to entertain and have made Limoncello’s kitchen as functional as it is beautiful. All new appliances, including an induction cooktop, wall-mounted oven and microwave, and 4-zone refrigerator offer every convenience. We’ve even curated exclusive tried-and-true recipes to help guests enjoy their stay to the fullest. An ice cream maker, citrus juicer, stand mixer, panini press, and food processor make preparing your own meals a snap, from cocktails and appetizers to dinner and dessert. Delivery and “catering in” is no problem in Palm Springs, but you’ll find your cooking muse coming to life! A new coffee station with carafe, Keurig, and Nespresso options is in the butler’s pantry/laundry area along with mugs and a drawer for supplies.

(Indoor-only) SONOS speakers in the kitchen, living room, and primary bedroom serve your music up just how you like it, connecting to your personal device playlists, TuneIn Radio Stations, YouTube Music stations, and now new SONOS radio. Download the SONOS app and let the music play. Be sure to adhere to all Palm Springs regulations regarding outdoor music.

The stone firepit, adirondack chairs, and refreshed grill zone offers the perfect spot to enjoy a cold drink and appetizers while your grill-master gets busy with dinner. A sweet wine barrel bar and patio couches keep the vibe chill.
